My interface doesn't have a More field.

Hi @anil.katta 

You might wanna check the Configuration of this issue type i.e. point 5 in your first image. Under Hide when empty section, there seem to be no fields being listed yet. That explains no More section in the issue view. Once you try to put a few more fields in the section, the "missing" part will show up.
