I'm getting the following error on my Jira instance and I have no way of contacting support. Atlassian status portal is reporting Jira is up but I can't load it for hours. I am both at admin and the billing contact. I'm scrambling for hours to find a way to open a ticket. HELP PLEASE !!!

Since apologies for the inconvenience caused. Can you share your cloud site URL for us to check and open a ticket on your behalf?
There is active incident at the moment and Atlassian has placed the affected sites in to maintenance mode due to this to get this resolved faster.
The message you see sounds like you are affected.

@Aaron Pavez _ServiceRocket_ that doesn't work. The only 2 options I have on that page are Explore community or View Documentation. I am paid account and I am the admin. I could not find a way to open a support ticket despite best efforts.

Ive requested Atlassian help for this, but it might take some time.
