My colleague's account has been deactivated. How to reactivate or activate it back ?
Initially when redhat wasn't on atlassian, the user was able to login, but after redhat moved to atlassian, the user is unable to login.

you need to ask within your comany to an org-admin. He should be able to reactivate user on Atlassian Guard (if stored locally) or reactivate on external identity provider (if is a managed account).

Without bothering about details, that should be very easy for your Admin. From my experience, Accounts are rarely deactivated just by coincidence, there must be a reason for that which your Admin must know.
