My administrator cannot log in either.

I need to request access from the administrator, an access notification is sent to my administrator, but my administrator cannot log in either. what's the problem?

What error message are you receiving when you attempt to login? Can anyone login to the instance? It may very well be that the instance has been suspended.

Also, is this a paid or free instance?

It's free, but it didn't direct us to subscribe. Where do I need to visit continue my paid subscription?

If you wish to change from Free to a paid plan you should see an "Upgrade" button in the upper left corner when on one of your project pages. If you do not then click on the cog/gear in upper right then select Billing. N the Billing page find the product you want to upgrade and click Manage. Finally you should see Change plan.
