My add-on has been deactivated when the license expired

Last year I bought a 25-user server license of "Better Excel Exporter for Jira" add-on. The license expired 01/Aug/20. I wrote to the Midori add-on support team and they confirmed me that this app is sold as a perpetual license. The problem is that I can't use the add-on because it shows me that the license is expired. The add-on support team told me that the problem seems to be linked to Jira licensing system.

Some data:
Jira Server version 6.3.6.a
UPM version 2.22.20, Better Excel Exporter for Jira version 6.0.0

Can someone help me?

I don't think the Community is going to be able to assist with this issue. Please reach out to Atlassian Support. BTW, this is a pretty old version of Jira so maybe that is coming into play here, just a crazy guess though.
