My account was deactivated after a free trial

I signed up for a free trial, and my account was deactivated. I downgraded my account to the free version, and now I have lost the project I was working on. I need the project back. Can you help?

When, approximately, did you sign up for your free trial? When, approximately, were you notified that your product subscription was deactivated?

When you say you downgraded to the free version, did your product subscription still show in https://admin.atlassian.com with the same URL you were previously using to access the product? Or did you start a new Free subscription to the product with a new URL?
