I got an email that my account got cancelled. It says if you want it reinstated that you have to contact support. When I try to go to contact support it doesn't like the URL I put in, so it doesn't allow me to go any further and there is no way to contact support. Any suggestions?

Can you tell us exactly what the message said, obscuring confidential information?
I suspect it is about the cancelation of an Atlassian product subscription, like Jira. If so, then you can open a support request with the billing/licensing support team through this web page:
https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/
Make sure to click the "need more help" option in order to be able to submit the ticket.
