My account for the project I created disappered before the free trial is over! anyone know how to fix or what could have happened? i updated payment info and all looks good to me but I still cant access my project eventhough the free trial is not over yet

My account for the project I created disappered before the free trial is over! anyone know how to fix or what could have happened? i updated payment info and all looks good to me but I still cant access my project eventhough the free trial is not over yet

I put it all in the question..... signed up for free trial for my startup which was supposed to be for 30 days before its over my account was suspended and I cant log in and it wouldnt even recognize my emial!
