My Jira isn't loading - what do I do?

I have restarted my computer, logged in and out of Jira, and have tried almost everything to get my Jira to show my current sprint and backlog. Please help.

Hi @Sara Iverson and welcome the community.

I had the exact same issue with my personal instance this past week.  I was able to resolve by navigating to the project through "Your Work" (or in your case Votre Travail).  Hopefully this works for you as well.

So I can see specific cards from "Your Work" but will I ever be able to resolve the issue of not being able to see the backlog and my sprint?
