Any new cases raised to me are not appearing on my Jira board, it was working fine yesterday. Is this a known issue? I've never experienced this before.

Take a look at the board filter and sub-filter to make sure that nothing has changed with those.
Thanks for the reply John, I've clicked the 'clear filters' button but no luck. Other colleagues are also experiencing this issue on our board...

No, not the clear filters button, but the actual filter for the board under Boar Settings > General
Also, the sub-filter is at the bottom of that page.
