My Jira Subscription was deactivated due to inactivity.  Is there anyway to reactivate it and to recover my data?

Hi @ken dev

Please try out this steps

  • Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing and log in.

  • On the Subscriptions page, choose the Inactive tab.

  • Find your inactive subscription and select Reactivate.

  • Review your subscription and billing details, then confirm to reactivate.

  • Your subscription should then move to the Active tab on the billing page.

Hi @ken dev ,

Welcome to Community!  This article has the information about how to reactivate the account:

https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/reactivate-a-subscription/

Your app’s data is retained for 15 days (for free subscriptions) or 60 days (for paid subscriptions) after cancellation. If you reactive your subscription within this data retention period, your app's data and preferences will be restored.

At the end of the data retention period, your app’s data will be permanently deleted and can’t be recovered. Read our Data Storage FAQs for more information.

If you're having issue reactivating, you can contact Support here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

Hello @ken dev

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

How long ago was the subscription deactivated?

Were you using a free subscription?

Were you paying for subscriptions to any products on the same site? You can refer to the following page for information about how long data is retained for deactivated and cancelled subscriptions.

Your Jira subscription was likely deactivated due to an expired payment method, exceeded user license count, or an expired trial. To resolve this, please log into your Atlassian account at atlassian to check your billing status and update any payment information. If the issue persists, contact Atlassian Support directly for the fastest resolution.
