My Jira Cloud site was cancelled or deleted

Hi,
My former Jira Cloud site seems to have been cancelled or deleted.
I can no longer find it in admin.atlassian.com, and I’m unable to open a support ticket — I keep being redirected to the community instead.

Here is the information I have:
– Email address associated with the account: florian@squirle.com (but i used florian@techtribe.com)
– Previous site URL (if known): https://squirle.atlassian.net

Is there any way to recover the data or reactivate the site?

Was it a free site? What option did you try to open the support ticket?

As per https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/can-i-restore-an-organization/ , you can restore with in 15 days. When did you notice it gone?
