My Jira Cloud site is suspended, need help reactivating (student account)

Hello Community,

My Jira Cloud site (mymail-team-uv6tfpgt.atlassian.net) has been suspended because the subscription was not renewed.

I am the organization admin (student account) and need access for my university coursework.
Could Atlassian please help me:
1. Reactivate the site and downgrade to the Free plan, OR
2. Allow me to apply my student license to restore access.

Hi Prachi,

By mistake, I removed Dhruvil Patel from shared with thing in the ticket that you raised, so by any chance is it possible to fix it up and although we're student and dhruvil tried to update billing, but it asks for money, but we're uni student and we're using uni's email, and it was free till now, so how to fix this now?

I asked him to raise a ticket from his side as well.

Hello,

So incase you have users more than 10 than the free plan would be for 14 days and you can go for standard.

But if you wish to continue using free plan then better to let the billing team know and have the users in the site till 10 only.

Let the billing team know on the ticket that you would like your jira to be on the free plan and continue with the same.

We've removed some users, so now we only have 7 users, so that means we can use that without any interruption right?

Should be okay but as mentioned above Let the billing team know on the ticket that you would like your jira to be on the free plan and continue with the same.
