While I am the super admin (I am the one who bought the JIRA instance) and can see the bulk edit operations, my team members are not able to get the bulk edit oprations on JIRA item listing page (Search Issue).

To those team members who need to perform bulk edit operations, I have given them the adminstrator role on the project, they still don't get the bulk edit option.

Hello Moiz,

thats the wrong way:

"To those team members who need to perform bulk edit operations, I have given them the adminstrator role on the project"

Go to:

https://YOURDOMAIN/secure/admin/GlobalPermissions!default.jspa

or:

Administration Panel -> System -> Security -> Global Permission

=>Bulk Change

Ability to modify a collection of issues at once. For example, resolve multiple issues in one step.

And grant the right to the group or users
