Hi @Roopesh Sontenam

Please try this way.

  1. Ensure that the ROVO integration is connected to your JIRA instance.

    • In ROVO, go to Settings → Integrations → JIRA.

    • Confirm that your workspace has the correct authentication (usually via OAuth or API token).

Then.

  1. In JIRA, go to Project Settings → Permissions for the APRICOTBSC project.

  2. Locate the Browse Projects” permission and ensure that the ROVO integration user (or service account) is included — typically under a group like rovo-agents or automation-bot.

Then.

  1. In ROVO, go to Data Sources → JIRA.

  2. Click Sync Projects, then select APRICOTBSC from the list.

  3. Once the sync completes, ROVO agents should be able to query data such as issues, sprints, and epics from that project.

Hello @Roopesh Sontenam

First, have you enabled Rovo on your site?

1. Go to Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.

2. Access Apps in the top navigation

  • If Rovo is activated it will be listed in the table.
  • Additionally, your teams should see Rovo apps (Rovo Search, Rovo Chat, Rovo Studio) in Jira, Confluence, and/or Jira Service Management, as well as the app switcher.

Are you using All organization knowledge? What error are you receiving?
