My Initiative isn't pulling fields from Theme

When a field is updated on an initiative, I want a few additional fields on the Initiative to be copied from the parent ticket, the Theme.

The JQL passes

Inside the edit action, each of those fields is "Copy from parent". 

Does automation not recognize the Theme -> Initiative relationship as a parent? 

This rule however is failing with the attached error.
