My Epic Burndown report shows I have 5 points remaining but my is complete.

I have an epic that is closed and all the tickets inside it are all complete. The epic burn down chart says we have 5 points remaining. Is this a bug?

My epic burndown says 16 of 21 points completed. I summed all the points and I see that i only should have 16 points, so wasn't sure where the extra 5 points were coming from. I then looked at each ticket and noticed that 1 ticket is split into another ticket with 5 points that is in TODO, but that one is under a different epic. I think this is the culprit but it is a bug. It seems that the Epic burndown is assuming this ticket is tied to this epic when it should not since that other ticket is on another epic now.

you could be right with it being a bug. However, i do wonder whether it could be caused by one or more subtasks that are not closed and won't show up in a lot of Jira Software views and reports.
