I have 2 custom fields that I created a month ago and I have been updating it without problem. Today, the 2 fields aren't editable anymore, and when I click on "Edit", the 2 fields show as "(archived)".
I don't see a way to archive or unarchive it. Please help.
Thanks everyone trying to help me, I got an answer from Support (see below)
This field is actually dependent on the Archive/Unarchive status of the specific Version that you’re working with. The versions I've selected were archived Version.
In order to edit those fields in that issue, all you need to do is click on the … triple dot button in the <Version #> row, then click on “Unarchive”. That should release all issues of that Version, and that should allow you to make the field changes that you need.
Hello,
What are those fields? Are they from a plugin?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
I created then using Custom Field page, not from.any plugins. Their names are InSprints and Delivery for me to track epic progress. Nothing fancy ...

What kind of field type is this custom field?

So, will it affect your choice because the version is archived?

Another strange behavior -
1) I am on the epic detail view
2) I click on "Admin" > "Add Field"
3) I type "InSprints" (one of the custom fields) and hit Enter
This is what the response I am getting -
This is happening to a new custom field that I added yesterday. Is it broken because "Version Picker" field type?

So it looks like The "Version Picker" has some issues. I just created a custom field with regular "Selection List" and it is showing up normally.
