My Account Disable by Google Administrator

My account (kopper.key@invisible.email) has been disabled. I received the following message: "Your Google Account was disabled by your Google Workspace administrator. Contact your administrator for help."

Could you please help me understand the reason for this and how I can resolve the issue?
