Hello @Dmytro Burianov

I would not put too much weight on the FeatureGateClients message itself.

That same console warning shows up in a range of Atlassian frontend issues across Jira and even Loom, so on its own it does not really point to the root cause. It is more likely a symptom of frontend modules or feature flags conflicting while the page loads.

What matters more here is:

  • other colleagues can still access the same site
  • you have already tested on different devices and in incognito mode
  • Atlassian’s Jira status page does not show a Jira incident for April 9, and the April 8 incident was related to search, not a broader Jira access outage

Given that, I would check the following in order:

  1. Ask an admin to confirm that your account still has the correct Jira product access and app role.
  2. If it does, ask them to remove and re-add your Jira access to force a fresh sync.
  3. If your organization uses SSO or Entra ID, have them also verify that your account is still correctly assigned on the identity provider side. Atlassian has a knowledge base article that covers this exact scenario.

If all of that looks correct, I would treat this as an account-specific Atlassian Cloud issue and raise it with Atlassian Support.

For the support form, use the base site URL, such as your-site.atlassian.net, rather than a deeper Jira project or portal link.

Hi @Dmytro Burianov ,

Are you trying to access Jira (e.g. <site-name>.atlassian.net) or a specific customer portal/help center?

FeatureGateClients usually refer/indicate a conflict in specific assets within your browser. Although if you tried using different devices and browsers, it might be related to the cloud environment.

The recommended approach here would be to reach out to Atlassian Support and troubleshoot that with them. Note that you need to be app/product admin in order to raise a request there (+ you need to have a paid subscription). If you're not an admin, you can ask someone who is within your organization to raise a request and add you as a request participant. 👈

Cheers,
Tobi
