Hi,

I am striving to do the following: my team wants to see in the Kanban board tickets the project name to which this or that ticket is linked without entering the ticket details just from the board view.

please tell me the steps if this is configurable in the Jira team-managed Kanban board

Team managed projects don't have the functionality to display that on the cards in their project boards - you can't customise the card view enough (yet)

You could do this by using a different board.

I can explain that if you want, but I don't want to write an essay if I have misunderstood the problem.  I think what you are trying to do is show a project on a card on a board, when the issue behind the card has an issue link to an issue within another project.  Is that right?

Hi @Lena Sargsyan

The simple answer is - there is no way to have a team-managed project with a multiple project board.

This feature is not available for team-managed projects.

If you really need a multi project board, you need to think about migrating the projects involved to company-managed templates.
