Multiple custom field

I'm trying to setup a (semi) automated workflow for review of user assignments in a group and I've been looking at custom field values. I have created a custom field value with 2 radio buttons (Keep / Remove).

I was thinking that I can create (through a script) a JIRA issue that will have multiple of those custom field; one for each user in the group and then through a post-function I can create a sub-task for each user marked as Remove.


Is that possible? When editing a screen I can't seem to be able to add multiple custom fields like that.

From my experience you can only add a single Custom Field once to a particular screen.
