Multiple cloud instances for same company

I am working in an enterprise company, with multiple IT departments, which works on very different areas as well has very different requirements to security. Some departments have a heavy usage of external consultants, while others solely rely on internal resources.

Therefore, we would like to have multiple Jira Cloud instances setup, such that department a has one instance and department b has another, e.g:

deparment-a.atlassian.net

deparment-b.atlassian.net

Is it possible for the same company, to have several Jira Cloud instances?
