Multiple approval step in a Team managed Jira software project

I've read that the approval step is unique to JSM https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-articles/Add-an-approval-step-using-Jira-Software-and-Work-Management/ba-p/2182531?lightbox-message-images-2182531=224174iD80915FB767ED66D.

I did a work around for this and create a separate approve and decline status that user will manually changed to if decided to approve or decline the work item. The problem is that we need the approval to be approved by multiple users. Is it possible to do this in a team managed JSW project?
