Multiple Kanban boards for single project not working

I have a project and want 2 Kanban boards (one for support and one for QA). However, when I set the board filter for each board it overwrites the other boards filter. If I can create 2 boards for a project, why can't I set independent filters?

I have a workaround of using quick filters, but it's clunky and I believe the standard board filters should be working.

Has anyone seen similar issues or have a suggestion?

you most certainly can have multiple boards w/ different filters. in fact having multiple boards w/ the same filter rarely makes sense.

All you need to do is create your filters and save them. Then allocate them to the board. Since you already have the two boards created just go into Board Settings > General > Edit filter query...change the filter to be what you want and perform a save.
