Multiple JIRA Access with same email address

I am working on a project and using JIRA (from dev team) as a tester. My client has setup another JIRA instance on a new URL and gave me access.

These 2 projects in different JIRA instances are invited on my same email address.

Suddenly I noticed that I am unable to access the dev instance of JIRA.

Is this expected? If not, then what is the solution.

I don't think that your incident is related to using the same email adress. Ask your jira administrator to check your user permissions.
