Hello,
We will need to create about 10 different Jira cloud instances.
I need a way to split them by instance.
Thank You
Hello @Albert Manuel what do you mean by 10 instances from the same account? What would be the account for you?
From managing multiple invoices for our customers I can tell that each invoice does have the information of which url applies to. Even the email you receive should say it. The invoices would be one per instance.
Please clarify the account for thing so I can reply about that as well.
@Hernan Halabi - Elite IT Consulting Group basically i have one account at atlassian where i want to purchase 10 different jira sites for 10 different clients.
And i wanted to know how the invoices will come?! One invoice per jira site or one invoice per all?
If they are coming separately, is there any URL in the invoice or just the SEN?

Hi, @Hernan Halabi - Elite IT Consulting Group I get multiple invoices, one per instance. And you can set individual payment card for each instance if you want.
Each invoice has an instance name.

I get it now @Albert Manuel , then as@Anton Skorniakov mentioned as well. It's one invoice per instance and each invoice has details regarding the instance you are paying
