I am new to Jira and currently managing a program of work which is made up of several workstreams of delivery. Currently each workstream is managed using Github project boards and I would like to use Jira as a single board that is made up of all Github project boards.

Is this possible using integration with Github?

Hello @Stephen Powell

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Once you integrate your GitHub application with Jira software, you can easily create a board with all the issues linked to your Github commits, branches, and pull requests.

These would be the exact steps:

  1. Integrate your Jira with Github, using the Official Marketplace app
  2. Link your Jira issues to your Bitbucket commits, branches, and pull requests. Optionally, you can split your Jira issues in different projects to properly organize it as you did in Github.
  3. Create a board in Jira to properly display all the issues you need. The issues displayed on a board are based in a JQL filter that you can properly edit to display any issues you have in your Jira site, creating a unique view of all your work as you need:
