Multiple Billing Accounts based on Percentage Split

Hi there, 

I would like to know if there is a way to set a percentage split on Epic level to do automated Tempo time splits when employees logs time against Sub-tasks and Stories?

We have multiple areas benefiting from one change, thus our accounts department pulls Tempo time captured weekly and then manually have to do the split based on benefiting areas. 

We've build custom fields to indicate the areas plus their percentage benefit, however from there we need to manually pull stats, tally the totals and then manually again do the split of time to the different benefiting areas.

Please help??
