Moving users from delegated LDAP to internal directory

I'm currently using 3 directories.

Internal

AD

LDAP

It's working fine but, we want to move the users that are on the LDAP directory to internal.

I've figured out how to do it but, i can't find any information on what to do for the user's password. The migration says that it doesn't migrate passwords. Do i have to assign a password for every user manually or they try their old pwd and will get a request to change it?
