Moving tickets from Jira Server to Jira Cloud

We have 7 projects in Jira Server on Shared Configuration and moved 2 of those to Cloud using the Cloud Migration tool. We need to move the remaining 5 however workflows, screens etc have been updated in Cloud already so do not want to update those through cloud migration too.

What is the best way to get these 5 other projects in Cloud retaining links and attachments without affecting the configuration in cloud?

You could export to CSV and then import CSV one project at a time.

I was wondering if this was an option. Will this export attachments too?
