Moving project with tasks from one company to another company

We wanted to move the project along with all the tasks from one company to another company.  What is the procedure to do so?

I would need more info to assist completely. What do you mean by move from company to company. do you want to move the project and issues from one cloud instance to another cloud instance? If so you could consider setting up the new projects in the new instance and then export all issues from the old and import into the new. This can be tedious so you might consider a marketplace addon. I know there is one or two that do this but I don't have firsthand experience.
