Moving multiple issues from project to project in a newest version

How can I move multiple (100+) issues from one project to another in a newest version of Jira? Actually I don't even know which version do I have cause there's no information about it neither in "About Jira" section, nor in the footer (as some advices say) :(

I've found a Help document which says:

1. Select Tools > Bulk Change.

2. Select the issues you'd like to perform the bulk operation on, and select Next.

But I don't even have a Tools button anywhere. The help (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracoreserver073/editing-multiple-issues-at-the-same-time-861257342.html) refers to 7.3 version, seems to be outdated. 

Would be grateful for help!

Your link is for server 7.3 though your tags are for Jira cloud. Here is the corresponding documentation.
