Hello,
I can move issues from one project to another project But not in as default status as TO Do.
When moving its shows from To Do to In progress by default. But i want it should be default from To Do to To Do.
How can change it to default as To Do please?
Hi, @Sukanta Saha !
Welcome to the Community!
Hm, interesting wishes, what problem are you trying to resolve?
If you are global admin - you can change statuses order(gg-> statuses). But it is global settings , it will affect you dashboards, for example.
Hi Alexander,
Thanks for your answer. I couldn't find it in the global settings though.
May be I couldn't explain it properly . Let me try again to explain.
When moving tickets the following is showing now:
Project A to Project B
Current status (To Do) Target Status (In Progress)
But i want the following to be shown:
Project A to Project B
Current status (To Do) Target Status (To Do)
Hope i made it clear this time. Thanks

As long as you have the To Do Status in your new project, you will be able to map to it when you perform the move. It should be in the drop down.
Thanks

Hi ,
Thanks for your message. I have everything in the drop down list but when I try to move from one project to another project it comes as default TO Do ————- In progress. But I want
To Do ————— To Do by default
How can I change it to To Do as default.
Regards
Sukanta
