I am attempting to move the assist bot to the new slack workspace my company has switched to.
I have completely removed assist from the old workspace, but I am not able to add it to my new one.
On the channel configuration, I get a message that says, "To connect to a new workspace your admin needs to contact Jira Service Management support". Jira Service Management support told me to go kick rocks because I have a free plan.
Does anyone know a workaround for changing the workspace your assist bot is connected to?
I was able to get in touch with support who fixed the problem in short order.
