Moving a newly created subtask to "Ready for Work" in Scrum view

Hi,

I recently created a subtask for an existing issue. This issue is "In progress" with existing 4 sub-tasks also with status "In progress". 

Now, when I try to allocate the newly create sub-task to "Ready for work", it doesn't let me change the status. The only status available is Cancelled. 

How would I be able to acheive this?

Hello,

You need to have a look at the workflow for the issue and make sure that the Ready for Work transition is available and does not have validators, which prevent you to transition to this status.
