Move to a status just in case development field is empty

Hello,

I'm trying to define a flow where in case the developer did a pull request linked to the ticket he will be allow to move it to "test in development environment" status, otherwise, to "test configuration" status.

I added a condition to allow the transition to one or another status, "development = EMPTY" and also tried "development = ", but none of them seem to work.

Any other ideas to do so?

Hi Carmen, let me restate what I think you are asking before I suggest a solution.

Allow transition to “test in development environment" status only if the “development” field is empty. It also seems that there isn’t any restriction to transition to “test configuration” or are you saying the “development” field needs to be empty for that to be allowed?

Workflow Conditions is the way to go here as you have attempted. What is the field type of “development”? Is there a default value for this field? If you look at an issue what value do you see when you expect an empty condition?

I mean, allow to move to an status just the tickets with linked pull request in Bitbucket (that is, the development field).
