Move site to another user

Hi all,

Is there a way to move a site (xxx.atlassian.net) to another user? 

Recently I created a site on my account by mistake, and I would like to transfer it to another account, which is a paid account.

A site doesn't really belong to a user. Rather you have contacts (billing, technical) associated with a site. You can go to admin (cog in upper right) and click on Billing > Overview and click on "manage contact" which will take you to the details of your instance where you can change contacts or should be able to.
