Move projects from one JIRA Cloud instance to another

Hi,

We have two separate JIRA Cloud accounts with multiple projects. We want to move all the projects/issues/documents from one account to the other.

The target JIRA Cloud instance already has other projects setup and we want to add the projects from the other JIRA Cloud.

How to move the projects without losing any existing data/configuration in both the accounts?

check out this documentation: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/migrate-projects-from-one-jira-cloud-site-to-another-779160766.html , respectively this one: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/merge-multiple-instances-of-jira-cloud-779160767.html

You will have to choose the best approach. If there are many projects, I would suggest the first approach with Jira DC / Migration Assistant, if there are not that many projects, maybe third approach with CSV would be fine for you.
