Hi, i'm trying to move a service desk issue to Jira Software, however, I still can't see the issue in Jira Software.

Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Based on the video you have to finish the move before the issue shows up in your JSW project. The screen where you see the statuses, you have to decide what status to move the issue to, and then click on on to the next screen. That will bring you to a summarize screen. Once the move is complete it will take you to the JSW project and the moved issue.
