Move a task to a story in Jira next-gen Agile Project type

I have a next-gen Agile type Project.  How do I move a task in an Epic under a Story in the same Epic ? Move function does not help. Drag and Drop also does not help.  

Change parent function allows to move tasks and stories only to an Epic.  If the Change parent function can allow to choose a tasks and stories to move to that will address this requirement.

For the IssueType similar to Story and Task, they can change the parent to select the Epic.

For subtasks, they can change the parent to select the Story or Task.
