Hello,
I am specifically looking for the Resolution Time Report, which used to be located by clicking the 'More reports' button near the top of the 'Reports' tab. Now it's gone, seemingly in a week's time.
I was relying on that report for a weekly email in my company. Why is it gone and where is it?
Hi @Chris Villon and @Cristy Flaherty
I see you tired clearing cache and cookies, is the result the same on using another browser or incognito window?
Are there any browser plugins active?
I have tried to replicate this, on multiple instances and I can't replciate this behaviour.
Hey @Marc -Devoteam- thanks for asking about the plugins - I hadn't noticed AdBlocker was enabled, so I disabled and the button appeared! Success!

Great catch, Marc — good reminder that browser extensions can be a hidden factor in these UI-disappearing cases. Glad it's resolved, Chris!

Good catch — that lines up with what I suspected in a related thread (permissions rather than a platform-wide removal), since it's clearly still showing for other users.
Chris, worth checking exactly what this reply suggests: whether your account/group has "Browse project" and specifically "View aggregated data" permissions in that project's permission scheme. That second one is easy to miss since it's less commonly referenced than basic browse access, but it directly controls report/dashboard visibility.

We also have some users who suddenly don't have "More Reports" button. I verified they have both Browse Project and View aggregated data for all of our spaces - had them log out and clear cache but they still can't see it. ( I can, but I am an org admin). Rovo tells me that we should all also see the Insights option at the top of the board, but we don't have that either :(

@Cristy Flaherty this appears to be the issue I am having - cleared cache, permissions are already set, no button

@Cristy Flaherty We solved the issue by disabling AdBlocker, so check if your team members have any browser plugins enabled that could be turned off!

I asked the user today to check - but when he opened Jira, the More Report buttons was back without making any changes. Go figure...
Thank you all for your help!

Hello Chris,
I ran a test on my instance, and the button is still appearing normally.
Could you check if you have the following permissions in the space where you are testing:

I can confirm that those permissions are enabled and still no button.. also cleared cache and logged out, back in, still nothing

Hi Chris, how are you?
Unfortunately, I haven't found a specific solution for your case here. Since you have the Premium plan, you have access to priority technical support.
I recommend opening a ticket directly with the specialized team via this link.
Please keep us updated once you hear back from them!

Hi Chris,
Don't have confirmation of an official change, but worth checking:
1. Jira Cloud release notes — see if "More reports" or Resolution Time Report was recently deprecated/moved.
2. Workaround — you may be able to rebuild that data using a Dashboard gadget (like "Time in Status") or a saved filter/JQL export for your weekly email in the meantime.
3. Since you're on Premium, raising this with Atlassian Support directly would get you a faster, confirmed answer than the Community can verify.
Will update if I find anything more concrete.
