Monthly time tracking by user

Hi,

The requirement is - show original estimate, remaining estimate and hours logged per developer(customfield) per month, but we have not been able to find out any add-on to satisfy this requirement.

How can we achieve this report?

You may want to try the eazybi reporting plugin.  We have built a similar report in minutes. It's the best reporting tool for customized jira reports.
