Modifying Jira - Stash branching model mappings

We use a custom workflow in JIRA which means we use our own Issue Types.

With the new version of JIRA we have the option to create a branch from a JIRA ticket. Stash suggests a Branch type based on the JIRA issue type.

Is it possible to modify the mappings to include our own so when a user creates a branch the correct branch type is chosen?
