Modify the Board Row Layout/ Fields

Is it possible to modify the content in the 'row' on a Jira board?

We have a fairly standard sprint board, grouped by stories. But it would really help to also include the Epic Label (complete with colour, as it's displayed elsewhere) on that story row somewhere (on the left, after the story name or on the right)

Are you working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project?

Can you provide a screen image of what you currently see?

I think you want the parent Epic for the Story to display somewhere in the red box.
