In a Team-Managed Project, how do modify the filter collecting issues showing up in the backlog?

I created a team-managed Scrum Project and another team-managed Kanban Project.  I want to modify the "filter" collecting issues showing up in the backlog.  For some reason, I can access the previous path Project Setting --> modify filter.

I'd be happy to provide additional info if requied.

Hello @pepe.lopez

Welcome to the community.

As @Walter Buggenhout  said you can't modify the filter for the board that is created automatically for a Team Managed project.

You could make an additional board based on a Saved Filter, as described in this article:

Hi @pepe.lopez and welcome to the Community!

The simple answer here is: you can't. Team managed projects display the issues from the project. There is no such thing as a board filter attached to your team managed board.

You can add additional filters to the board (Project settings >Board > Custom filters). But rather see these as quick filters that help you refine the issues you see on the board. They do not let you modify the actual source issues for the board.

If you want to limit the issues being pulled into a board, you would need a classic board as intended for company managed projects.

Hope this helps!
