Modify Source Code Of Page

I want to modify the source code of the page:
https://jira.domain.com/projects/Sample/queues/custom/1

Especially i want to comment out the line:
<a id="create_link" class="aui-button aui-button-primary aui-style create-issue " ....

How can i do this?

You'll need to either

• unpack the file providing service desk, find the right file, hack it and rebuild the file
• get the source code, make your tweak and recomplile it

Both of these are a faff, render you unsupported and frankly aren't worth it, especially as you're removing useful functionality

I want to hide the Create-button in the navigation bar. How can i do this.

The way to do that is use permissions to stop people being able to create issues.
