Modify Login Page in /secure/Dashboard.jspa (JIRA 6.1)

Can I modify dashborad login page?

I remove wellcome gadget in system dashboard.

I will show empty block in left page when I login . (See the picture)

Can add some information block in left page when login.

And this information block will disappear after logged in.

[Customise the Login Gadget] only can change login gadget , not login main page.

[Configuring the Default Dashboard ] only can add gadget or layout.

Can I add the text gadget . after logged in, make the text gadget disappear.
