Hi Hao,

I am not certain I understand your request here.  Atlassian Cloud REST APIs already support the use of OAuth 2.0 for many endpoints there.   But if this is not specific to REST API integrations, then please explain which aspect you are looking for in regards to authentication here. 

You can see for example that there are several requests in relation to OAuth in the JRACLOUD project as seen in this search.  If we can better understand your particular request here, then perhaps I can point you to a specific ticket were we are tracking such feature implementation within Atlassian Cloud.

We are cognizant of the impact that this may have on our customers and we assure you that this is a priority for us.

Ah yes, the OAuth for email authentication.  You can watch that ticket for further updates on this topic.  That is one way to keep up to date with the status of that issue.
