I would like to have a document will be attached in every newly created JIRA issues as a guide for the other teams to use when they submit their bugs or tasks to us.
Can this document be displayed next to the type : Bug /Issue (Like a new custom feild which is having a file attached and it will automatically comes up with all the newly created issues), do advice. It is important that we have this added, so that when the teams have anything to submit, they have clarity and know which procedures they should follow.
